I recently ditched my very basic office chair for this one. Surprise! so much less back pain. I should have done this years ago. My wife liked mine so much that she bought one for herself too.

Clean, classy, comfortable office chair
The chair looks every bit as good as the pictures. Even my picky wife is attracted to my new chair. A lot of features are packed into a nice clean design.
The chair is quite comfortable. I have put in some good hours on this chair and not been distracted by discomfort. It may not sound like much, but this is the acid test for me. Any chair can be fine for a moment or two. Sitting for hours at a time reveals issues, sore spots, lack of support, etc. So far the Branch chair has been great. The seat cushion is a little on the firm side. I hear it breaks in over time, which should be about right for me. Time will tell.
I was pleasantly surprised by the adjustability. I can get the chair dailed in pretty well for my body.
The arm rests have a lot of adjustability. I am still getting used to how the arm rests can move. Sometimes when I lean or push to move to adjust my chair position at my desk I accidentally push the arm rest out of position. It might be nice to have a lock on the arm rest position in a future model @Branch!
Assembly was a pretty good experience, as far as chairs go. The kit is thoughtfully put together and well labelled. Knowing what goes where was no problem. It was a helpful tip to keep the box intact to help as an assembly aid.
I had some hiccups with my chair order. Shipping was fine up to delivery. Status remained out for delivery, expected today, for four days. I had to contact the courier and escalate to get my chair delivered in the end. Not…

A Wonderful Chair
This is a wonderful chair. I’ve used it for a month, now, and I love it. It took me about a week to become familiar with all of the adjustments, but now that I know how to use them I can type, read, write longhand, or simply gaze and relax in this chair. The seat felt a little hard at first, but it has become comfortable for long hours of sitting, yet does not feel like going mushy soon. The front-tilt feature is terrific, especially when I am reading and taking notes longhand. The front-tilt feature makes the Ergonomic Pro much like a kneeling chair. I can sit up straight feeling almost weightless with no pressure on my legs. I’m a fidgeter, but in the Ergonomic pro, I can sit straight, recline, slouch, and sit cross-legged. Arm rests are great when I want them; when I don’t I can move them out of the way.
Overall physical well-being benefits have been astounding. When I received the Ergonomic pro I was suffering from neck pain, arm pain, and was developing sciatic nerve problems in my right leg. After a month, all of those pains are gone. I do daily stretching, but the stretching alone was not alleviating the pains. I know, I read testimonials like that when I was researching chairs and didn’t believe them. But really, I’m reporting what I’ve experienced.
If you are tool challenged like me, assembly may be a little challenging, but just do exactly what the directions tell you to do, use the right end of the nifty wrench enclosed, and you’ll get it. And, be a lot happier…
