So far the chair has been great. Definitely an upgrade from my old chair. Definitely, an expensive investment, so hoping that it lives up to expectations! The first two weeks have been great. Going to invest in the headrest at some point.

A Game-Changer!
I don't know why I suffered with another sub standard office chair when I could have been sitting on a Branch Ergonomic Chair all this time. It was so easy to put together (well, except for the fact that I put the armrests on backwards the first time, but had a lightning quick response from customer service on how to put it right). The chair is so comfortable I don't want to leave it. Thank you!

so comfy
didn't know i could enjoy sitting at my desk but with comfort like this! wow! i want to sit there all day long! i got the blue color and my boyfriend/home office coworker got the limited edition orange (after I told him solid black would be unacceptable in our lively home-- and wow what a duo! love it!
