    Best. Chair. Ever.

    I had been looking for a proper ergonomic chair following working at home almost exclusively after the pandemic. I found this chair to be very reasonably priced compared to other brands (and I splurged and got the leather). I’ve been using the chair almost a month and have noticed a reduction in back pain and leg fatigue. Highly recommend!

    Ergonomic Pro is well worth the money

    I received the chair very quickly. The assembly was quick and easy. So far, I have enjoyed the Ergonomic Chair Pro very much. I put the chair together within 30 minutes of receiving it, not realizing that I didn't have the taller cylinder (it came about a week later). When time permits I will try to figure out how to switch cylinders. The chair is very comfortable, but I think a little extra height would make it even better. I am seriously considering ordering another chair. If the Aire comes in a fabric that matches the Ergonomic Pro, I may try that chair also.

    If you work at a desk this is a fantastic chair. If you have any back issues this is a miracle chair. Not sure how it works so I keep it simple and tell everyone it is magical. I have a spine that is slowly twisting as I age and I am an artist who spends a lot of time at her desk and my time there was being curtailed because of my chair. I bought a Branch chair and literally zero issues after that. I can sit in it all day with no problem. And I didn’t spend $2000 which was also helpful. It’s an easy decision and one you will be forever grateful for.

    some initial problems then great satisfaction.

    The advertising for the chair portrayed it as comfortable, extremely adjustable, and relatively easy to assemble. The price was right. So I ordered one. When it arrived, I had trouble assembling it because I misread some of the instructions, but a friend and I had it together in a few hours.

    But then I couldn’t get all the adjustments working, and I felt disappointed for several days until two helpful patient sessions with Tom from customer service solved my problems, which were in part due to my being afraid to press on the controls too hard. Turns out the chair and its levers are quite sturdy.

    I’m happy now. It’s working fine, I can say truly: it’s easy to adjust once you understand all the controls, and it’s nicely flexible. Ƒor instance, I have short legs and need a seat pushed well back. The chair does that smoothly and also tips the seat as desired. I’m sitting better and less hunched over than for years, and I greatly appreciate the help I was given by three friends here and especially by Tom at the company,
