I had some hip pain due to my last chair. I decided to buy this chair due to all the adjustments and the stylish look fit the vibe of my office. After a few weeks, I've already seen and big improvement to how my hips feels.
My one grip is the annoying up-charge for the taller chair base. That should just be an option in the checkout. I'm pretty taller and the short base at is max is as low as I want to sit. I'd like to be just an inch or two higher.

I tried several chairs before settling on this one. I love that it has all the necessary adjustment points while still being aesthetically pleasing. I find it to be very comfortable. The real test will be how it holds up for tax season. I'll update later if need be.
