I don't usually write reviews, but I had to for this. I work from home and have been sitting in a basic chair at my desk. I've been suffering from bad lower back pain and was continuously throwing my back out. I tried everything including Yoga, stretching, exercises, chiropractor visits etc. to help relieve the pain, but all of this wasn't helping or even making it worse.
I decided it could be my chair so I went ahead and got this chair with the headrest, and I'm not kidding when I say my back pain was gone after 1 full day of sitting on this chair for work. I love it and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. It's also very easy to assemble and feels pretty sturdy, but I'll be using it 'til the wheels fall off (literally). 5/5 Stars!!

Couldn't be happier with the chair for the price point. I bought a similar chair 5 years ago for more than 2x the price and this is just as comfortable, supportive and attractive.

It’s only been a couple of days of use , but I can say that I’m loving this chair so far. I ordered the black on black. I spend a lot of time at my desk. Several hours a day. I immediately noticed a change from the last chair that I was using to the Branch chair. I feel more held, supported, and comfortable in the Branch chair. I also ordered the head rest, which I was initially hesitant to purchase. However, after using it, I feel it’s a must have for the chair and my head and neck support. I’m a 69 year old woman who was able to put the chair together on her own from the simple printed instructions in under an hour. The only con I have is that the mesh used for the back rest of chair and head rest is rather flimsy. I can see that with normal wear on the chair the back rest will likely pill and possibly tear. It is my hope that a year from now the chair will hold up. Despite the con, over all the chair is well made and looks great. I would order it again. Oh! One other thing, if you have fur babies you might want to get yourself a soft brush to clean off the seat! Thanks Branch!

...ergonomic sitting experience. Purchasing the Ergonomic Chair to replace a 20 year old office task chair (Bush brand) still functioning adequately but without the contemporary design implementations for ergonomic design. I've been using the Ergonomic chair for the past 90 days and I am very pleased with the improved sitting at the computer work station for the work day.
The chair was shipped in an expertly designed shipping box and arrived in pristine condition.
The chair assembly instructions and graphics were informative and the assembly of the chair was not complicated or difficult. All the enclosed chair assembly parts are clearly marked with assembly drawings and diagrams. Overall I am extremely pleased with the acquisition of the Branch Ergonomic Chair and would recommend the chair for thoughtful consideration by others seeking a contemporary ergonomic designed chair.
