    Wonderfully comfortable office chair

    I love my new Ergonomic Chair Pro! It is smart looking, rolls on my hardwood floors with no damage and supports my back and legs for hours . I’ve had back problems and my old chair was causing pain. But this chair is a pleasure to work in!

    should have upgraded to this chair years ago

    I recently ditched my very basic office chair for this one. Surprise! so much less back pain. I should have done this years ago. My wife liked mine so much that she bought one for herself too.

    Clean, classy, comfortable office chair

    The chair looks every bit as good as the pictures. Even my picky wife is attracted to my new chair. A lot of features are packed into a nice clean design.

    The chair is quite comfortable. I have put in some good hours on this chair and not been distracted by discomfort. It may not sound like much, but this is the acid test for me. Any chair can be fine for a moment or two. Sitting for hours at a time reveals issues, sore spots, lack of support, etc. So far the Branch chair has been great. The seat cushion is a little on the firm side. I hear it breaks in over time, which should be about right for me. Time will tell.

    I was pleasantly surprised by the adjustability. I can get the chair dailed in pretty well for my body.

    The arm rests have a lot of adjustability. I am still getting used to how the arm rests can move. Sometimes when I lean or push to move to adjust my chair position at my desk I accidentally push the arm rest out of position. It might be nice to have a lock on the arm rest position in a future model @Branch!

    Assembly was a pretty good experience, as far as chairs go. The kit is thoughtfully put together and well labelled. Knowing what goes where was no problem. It was a helpful tip to keep the box intact to help as an assembly aid.

    I had some hiccups with my chair order. Shipping was fine up to delivery. Status remained out for delivery, expected today, for four days. I had to contact the courier and escalate to get my chair delivered in the end. Not…
